Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you are covered under our 60-day money-back guarantee*.

Any first order, opened or unopened, is eligible for a full refund. All other unopened items within 60 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund minus a return/restocking fee of $5.95.

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Canceling or Modifying Orders
We will do our best to support order changes before shipping.

Once an order has entered processing or a return label has been created, it cannot be canceled or modified. In such cases, the order may still qualify for a return under this policy.

Damaged Items
If your Luniora product arrives damaged, contact us with a photo of the item. We will replace it at no cost.


Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not arrived:
– Check your bank account again
– Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)

Shipping & Returns
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
– Shipping fees are non-refundable
– Exchange delivery times vary by location
– Returns lost in transit without valid tracking cannot be refunded


Partial Order Refunds
If only part of an order is returned, the refund will be processed accordingly.

Shipping fees and promotional discounts may affect the final refundable amount.
